He's right around 11 inches tall (27.94cm) If you look at the third picture he's standing next to Miniforce Patrol Cop who is roughly 5-1/2 inches tall.
I have no idea, Transformers size designations have always confused me, I would probably know them if I collected Transformers, but I don't. The less things rattling around inside my head the better.😆
